Scrub right:
From general layman's perspective, facial repair work is inevitable and it is essential. Especially during night time though dull-looking effect but, exfoliation whisks away dead cells that leaves complexion clean, clear and toxic-free. The same applies for morning time. Good face exfoliation in the morning produces similar effect and it is an inexpensive remedy. It will enhance your complexion with clean-clear, refresh look.










Chill out:
Sounds pretty like the norm and not really that useful right? That's not really true. Do not be surprised that this method does work for most people. Sometimes, a simple remedy may create wonders too. Pamper your body with a cool shower (avoid hot bath if possible, lower temperature unleashes more cooling effect) and with the usage of refreshing body bath (e.g. body bath with 'Refresh/Fresh' term etc or mint-flavoured). Besides stimulating the blood-flow within body, this combination also helps in toning your face. Out of the bath, you will feel more refresh than ever and of course, wide awake. That is heavenly-feel.
