Get moving.Shake your body and start getting it worked out. Be on the ball and you'll be surprised how "get your bod moving" and exercising help in leveraging your hype level aftermath. You'll feel rejuvenated and recharged. Bum away unwanted fats, the exhaustion and dread mental feel. Not necessarily got to be running, threadmills, gym and etc. Small workout such as Jumping Jack does help. Try out a set of 20 and let the blood circulation regulates.
Don't OD on foundation.When your skin seems lifeless and of no radiance, please do away with foundation or lesser foundation. More does not equates to more radiance. Do apply liquid foundation that melts into your skin as naturale as it could be. Avoid heavy application and make it seems that your own real skin is still visible. This way, you will still look rather awake than heavy-look and drained.
Apply in your T-zone (nose and cheeks) as well as forehead and chin areas. Enhance it with loose powder (rather than compact) to make it look all natural yet, there's a glow and shimmer.
