Did Blake piss off someone at wardrobe?

Seems like in life there are fashion misses that even a person as hot as Blake Lively can’t avoid. Here on the Gossip Girl set, Blake Lively is spotted in this hideous getup which only gets worse with the multi colored jacket and shoes that only elves will love.
